Office Branding & Workspace Design Project
Brand Space was invited to completely rethink and revitalise Quibble’s office environment. The existing layout was underutilised, lacked flow, and didn’t reflect the company’s brand or ambitions for growth.
Quibble wanted an office space that would:
- Better utilise the available floor area
- Accommodate additional desks as the business expanded
- Introduce breakout and informal meeting areas
- Create a workspace that felt brighter, more organised, and aligned with their brand identity
The challenge was to increase capacity while improving comfort, movement, and overall visual appeal.
We began by redesigning the entire floor plan to make the space more functional and future-proof. This involved:
- Dividing the desk area into two distinct working zones
- Introducing a comfortable breakout and informal team meeting area with high stools
- Incorporating a dedicated snack and coffee station
- Using storage shelving to form a natural entrance walkway that also kept the space organised
This approach ensured that every element of the office had a clear purpose while improving flow and usability.
Brand Space delivered a complete workspace transformation, including:
- A new spatial layout designed to maximise capacity and comfort
- Custom wall artwork to inject brand personality into the space
- Carefully selected furniture to brighten and modernise the environment
- Clever storage solutions that doubled as a wayfinding feature for visitors
The combination of layout design, branding, and furniture selection created a cohesive, efficient workspace.
Quibble’s office was transformed into a functional, branded workspace that supports growth while providing areas for collaboration and relaxation. The improved flow, additional desks, and breakout spaces have created a more productive and welcoming environment for both staff and visitors.
This project demonstrates how office branding and workspace design can dramatically improve how a space looks, feels, and functions.
