Event Branding Project – Maxxium Ltd UK, Imbibe London
Brand Space partnered with the PR team at Me, Him & Co. to create an immersive brand experience for Maxxium Ltd UK at Imbibe London. The project involved developing a visual identity for their whiskey presentation and translating it into large-scale graphics for a barrel-shaped exhibition space.
Maxxium Ltd UK wanted a distinctive and engaging presence at Imbibe London. The goal was twofold:
- Develop a unique visual identity for their whiskey presentation
- Translate that identity into impactful, large-format graphics for a barrel-shaped exhibition stand
The challenge was to create a visually cohesive and memorable space that would stand out in a busy trade environment while reinforcing the brand’s premium positioning.
We started by working closely with the PR team at Me, Him & Co. to define the visual identity for the presentation. This included exploring colour palettes, typography, and graphic elements that reflected the brand’s character and heritage.
Once the identity was approved, we focused on how it could be applied to the barrel-shaped exhibition space. Our approach combined creativity with technical planning to ensure the large-scale graphics would work seamlessly within the unique curved structure of the stand.
Brands Space delivered a fully branded exhibition space that included:
- Large-scale graphics adapted to the barrel-shaped layout
- Visual identity elements carried consistently across walls, panels, and feature areas
- Design solutions that enhanced visitor engagement and reinforced the whiskey brand’s premium positioning
The graphics were crafted to balance visual impact with clarity, ensuring that every element was both immersive and on-brand.
The completed installation created a memorable and immersive brand experience at Imbibe London. Visitors were drawn into the space by the strong visual identity and large-format graphics, which reinforced Maxxium Ltd UK’s positioning and created a premium, engaging presentation.
The project highlights how strategic event branding and environmental graphics can transform even uniquely shaped exhibition spaces into effective brand experiences.
