they were initially presented with a stand design from the manufacturer. It was fine but it didn’t convey the approach Cloud2me wanted to get across so they came to us. Through asking the right questions we were able to create a theme via the messaging (which we also came up with), and then tied those in with merch they wanted to give away. Tying in all brand elements too. basically need to convey that stand builders are not necessarily the best designers, this is where having brand experts can better your presence with messaging etc.
