Cloud2Me approached us after being presented with an exhibition stand design from their stand manufacturer. While the structure was practical, it didn’t reflect the personality of their brand or communicate the message they wanted visitors to take away from the event. They needed more than a stand — they needed a branded experience.

The brief

Cloud2Me were preparing for an upcoming exhibition and had already received a proposed stand layout from the manufacturer. Although functional, the design lacked clear messaging, brand storytelling, and visual impact.

They wanted the space to better represent who they are as a business, communicate their approach to potential clients, and create a stronger connection with visitors during the event.

Our approach

We began by asking the right questions to understand Cloud2Me’s brand values, audience, and objectives for the exhibition. This allowed us to look beyond the physical structure of the stand and focus on how the brand should be experienced within the space.

From these conversations, we developed a central theme and key messaging — copy we created specifically for the event — which formed the foundation of the visual design. We also considered how promotional merchandise and handouts could reinforce this messaging, ensuring every element worked together cohesively.

The solution

Working with the existing stand structure, we designed a series of event graphics and branded visuals that transformed the space from a generic exhibition stand into a clear and confident brand environment.

The messaging became the focal point of the stand, supported by carefully considered graphics, brand colours, and visual elements. Merchandise was designed to align with the theme, extending the brand experience beyond the stand itself and giving visitors something memorable to take away.
